The brain is a powerful force that is able to control millions of functions at one time in the human body. The amazing thing is that we never realize that the functions are working in our life. Much like our brain, Christ is the head of His body. He is working in us in ways we can't imagine or see. In this video learn the freedom of what Christ is working in our life.

What does it mean to return to the Lord? Can I return if I have failed the Lord? Am I ready to repent? Have I truly repented? What does repentance look like? In part one of this multi-part series, we look at repentance and what the process and path looks like to heal our minds and change our lives. We will learn the difference between having a religion with an abstract god verses having a relationship and allowing God to be more concrete in our life moment by moment.
In part two we begin to understand the principle hidden within the word Teshuva, returning to the Lord. Within in the word itself is a map that leads down a path of how to return to the Lord and stay on the path of righteousness. We begin to look at each letter in the word Teshuva has it reveals the simplicity of a relationship with God. We explore what the path of relationship looks like, not by religion or denominational standards, but by what God thinks. The answer might surprise you.
In the first letter of the word Teshuva we learn that in order to walk with God we must be wholehearted with God. But what does that really mean? How does being whole hearted fit into my everyday life with God? Wholehearted is where the outside of us matches the inside of ourselves. This is what causes one to find wholeness and completeness. This is where our relationship with God begins to have integrity...wholeness.
In part three we learned that the first step in the path of returning to God is about being wholehearted with God and what that really means. That leads us to the next step in the path...all things become equal. In part four we learn the crucial step and difference between having a relationship or having a religion. In this video we learn what real relationship with God demands. All things being equal is more about us not being self absorbed. But how do we know if we really self-absorbed or not? We learn what hardens our hearts and most importantly, we learn that this step leads up to the next step. This step of Teshuva prepares us for the most supernatural lifestyle!
The most supernatural thing you can do that causes one to live in the transcendence of God is to love your neighbor as yourself. But what does that really mean and what does that look like in the path of returning to the Lord? The answer my surprise us. The world has a view of love but on the path of returning to the Lord God has a different point of view that allows us to experience a supernatural lifestyle. Find out more in part 5 of Teshuva, Returning to the Lord.
Knowing God in all our ways is not about asking him for guidance as much as it is recognizing God in every moment in our life, the good and the bad moments. It's not that God caused the bad, but it is having faith in God knowing that He will work things out for our good. It's about embracing the bad like we would the good. This is where growth and learning happen. It's the highest level of faith to trust God in the moments we don't understand. But when we look back we see God's hand in it all.
In this final part of the Returning to the Lord series we learn what it means to walk discretely or humbly before the Lord. The problem with many Christians today is they want to be seen for what they do for God. Here we learn what intimacy is and what it's not. To walk the path of righteousness is more about God being seen than ourselves. As we have learned the sections in the path of Teshuva, we understand that this last section secures our walk and now the walk with God becomes more intimate and real.
